A while back I came across a great house mod named the Unfathomed Tower I'd like to share with you readers. This mod is by Trollf, and you can download it at the links provided at the end of this post.
Unfathomed Tower is a great house for rangers, druids, and mages, and any character (or player) who has a love for the outdoors. Seated on the southern edge of the Jerall Mountains and a fair way west of Bruma, Unfathomed Tower seamlessly integrates the outdoors into the indoors.
The structure itself is a retextured Daedric tower, though its a little hard to tell sometimes by looking. The open top of the tower allows the player to see the sky while inside, which is a very nice feature.
The house itself is composed of two floors. These floors are decorated with large amounts of foliage and contain enough storage for your average character. There is a bed, small dining area, and something of a study with a map showing part of Tamriel for decoration, and an elevator like you would find in a Daedric tower on the bottom floor.
Once you take the elevator up to the higher level you find a well decorated spiral staircase leading up to the top floor. The top floor has a wonderful area to practice your alchemy in with trees about as well as a great storage area. The intricate design on the circular metal platform, which, to me, seemed out of place in a Daedric tower, fits in perfectly here.
The one glitch I have occasionally experienced is falling through the elevator to my death, but I've had that occur with the original elevators in the Daedric towers, too. I recommend either saving or toggling on god mode (Hit ~, type tgm, hit enter, hit ~ again. Repeat to toggle it off.) before using the elevator just to be safe.
This is a great place for your characters to relax after a day of questing and I recommend it to anyone who likes nature.
